If you have forgotten your password, you may have clicked the forgot username and password button. However, you may be stumped what your userID is. Basically its your login username and for all but a handful of users (mainly lab staff) its your email address. So you just enter your email address in lower case in the user id and email and you will within 20 minutes receive a copy of your password by email.
