If you want to batch confirm multiple results at once rather than individual samples you can do so in the admin search on the LubeWear web portal. For example when logged into the portal where you would create samples. Remember to manually confirm any samples you wish to manually confirm first if they are likely to appear in your search results as you will be confirming a lot of samples.
- Click “Fluid Analysis” to go to the admin search screens or click this link to go direct to this section.
- A new page with “Fluid Analysis” should come up. You may be asked to update your password if you have not logged in to this area for a while. You can enter the search fields you want, but a typical example would be to untick the yellow, orange and red boxes leaving a search for all the normals.
- Adjust the date range and customer / job sites as appropriate as searching everything may be a very big search query and take a long time to load.
- Click Search.
- A table of search results will appear with a colour code of A, B, C, X.
- Above the table will be a “confirm all” button you can use to confirm the batch.
