Track a parcel or get a proof of delivery

This article will help you with tracking a parcel whether coming from us or going to us.

I sent some samples and want to track if they have arrived yet?

Samples coming back to the lab by Royal Mail Freepost are a non-tracked service and are as per usual 1st class Royal Mail post. If your parcel has not arrived with us yet, unfortunately, all you can do is wait, but you can see the moment they arrive with us on our LubeWear.com portal. Simply log in, and go to the “Track My Sample” Section.

If you used our guaranteed next day Royal Mail Special Delivery you should have received a parcel slip when you dropped off your parcel at the post office, which you can track at RoyalMail.com.

If you sent your parcel by your own courier option, then use that courier’s tracking pages to see if the parcel has arrive yet.

I ordered some bottles and want to know when they will arrive?

All the parcels we dispatch are trackable. All smaller packages less than 30 bottles where you chose the UK free delivery option will have a tracking ID on your invoice as ringed red below. It will be underneath your payment method details. This will open a parcel tracking page which you can see the parcel was delivered on 22nd of January 2021 in this example. You can open the more details (ringed blue) where you will be asked to enter the delivery postcode as proof the parcel is for you to access additional information. Sometimes if the parcel has only recently been delivered the proof of delivery may not be available immediately. If you need this urgently you can copy the courier tracking code (ringed green) and visit the courier, in this example Hermes website and track with that tracking ID. Note some couriers do not collect signatures and may just take a name or a photo of where left for security/hygiene reasons.

If you ordered more than 30 bottles, paid for express delivery or are based outside the UK you will have received a tracking notification to your default email used for ordering automatically. If you have lost this email, please contact us and we will be happy to track down the parcel.
