Updating details on reports A. Correcting Machinery information that does not change with each sample (e.g. Serial, Make and Model etc) 1. Login to the search machinery section: https://lab.lubewear.com/LubeWearEquipcom/EquipmentSearch.aspx . Find the machine you are looking for filling in the serial number in serial and the make and model in the unit number. When done press search. When you find the machine you want in the search list click it to open a new window. You can edit this information highlighted in the top left 4 boxes only (customer, job site, serial no, unit no (unit no is the field for make and model). Do not touch any other fields including those labelled make and model or family). The other information is used by the lab for limit and trend data analysis and must not be touched. When done press update. Full FAQ post. https://learnoilanalysis.com/faq/correct-a-machine-serial-make-and-model-information/ . B. Correct Sample information (e.g. sampled site (not moving job site – see C), meter reading, job number, oil hours, fluid brand, fluid grade, fluid added etc)This is fairly easy too. On the page where you download the pdf that shows the picture of the bottle click edit sample data. If you can’t find the page with the picture of the bottle you can also get to this by clicking the OAL lab number on the pdf report too which will take you to this page if you are logged into the portal already. Once on edit sample details make any changes and if you require a reinterpretation tick this box and then press save. You can read the full blog FAQ post here (look at part 2)https://learnoilanalysis.com/faq/updating-sample-information-in-transit-or-after-report-receipt/ C. Change a job site If the job site is wrong and you permanently need to move something follow this guide. Note if you have entered a sampled site field on step 2 of pre-reg or on the edit sample details this will overwrite for this one sample the site that appears on the pdf report. more details here. https://learnoilanalysis.com/faq/how-do-i-move-a-machine-from-one-job-site-to-another/
