If you are missing samples on the portal, then check if they show in transit, at the lab or are indeed in sample results or not. If they have just ‘disappeared’ then its likely your date range is not going back far enough to include what you are looking for. Remember the portal sorts 1 month on sample date, not received or submission date, so if you took a sample a month ago it might not show. Try clicking the magnifying glass, changing the date range and then selecting an option in customer to see if it then comes up.

If the samples are missing as in you do not believe they arrived at the lab, please send the courier details including tracking number if your own courier, or the date of collection and address if on a LubeWear swift collection and the K number of the bottle(s) you are looking for.
