Error Occurred sample update failed fix

This is a really simple fix. You need to make sure when you are updating sample information on the edit sample info screen you have selected the fluid brand and grade and any other mandatory fields for pre-reg. The most common reason is you left out the fluid brand and grade. Pick these and try again and it should be resolved for you.
